Seeds Announces Classroom Reopening Date Post-COVID
On-Site Learning Resumes for 2021-2022 Fiscal Year
May 5, 2021 (Cleveland) – “It has been a challenging year, to say the least,” President & CEO Bonnie Entler shared with stakeholders in a May 1 announcement. “The time has come to bring fully-vaccinated tutors and students back into our classroom.”
The announcement was delivered one year to the day that Ohio’s initial Stay at Home Order was set to expire (May 1).
“At that time, I had to share the heartbreaking news that Seeds would remain closed. Every message to you during the last 14 months included variations of a worrying theme – Not now, maybe soon. But today is different,” she said before the announcement.
On July 12, 2021, physical classrooms will reopen on a reduced schedule to fully vaccinated students and tutors.
Classrooms Reopen, Reduced Schedule
All locations will continue to offer tutoring three times a day, EST: Mornings 9am-11am, Afternoons 1pm-3pm, and evenings 6pm-8pm.
However, on-site days will be limited.
